Sprint Booster Controller Mobile Application

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Panagopoulos & CO OE, a company registered in Greece with offices at El. Venizelou 13 & Lysarridi, 57400, Sindos, Greece (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Sprint Booster Controller mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

These Terms are between you and Panagopoulos & CO OE, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. However, the applicable app store terms (Apple’s App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service) also apply to your use of the App.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to operate a motor vehicle in your jurisdiction to use this App.

2. Description of the App

The Sprint Booster Controller App is a companion application for Sprint Booster hardware devices manufactured by the Company for, and distributed by, Boulekos Dynamic. The App connects to Sprint Booster devices installed in motor vehicles via Bluetooth Low Energy (“BLE”) and allows users to:

Adjust vehicle throttle response modes (Sport, Race, Valet, Off)
Set throttle response performance levels within each mode
Lock and unlock the throttle controller
Configure guest access via PIN
Save device configurations to a cloud account
Submit problem reports, including diagnostic logs, to our support team

The App is available free of charge. No purchase is required to download or use the App.

The App requires a physical Sprint Booster device properly installed in a compatible vehicle. The App does not function independently of the hardware.

3. VEHICLE SAFETY WARNINGS: IMPORTANT

READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS DEPENDS ON YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THESE WARNINGS.

3.1 General Safety

The App allows you to configure your Sprint Booster device, which modifies your vehicle’s throttle response characteristics. Changes to throttle behavior directly affect vehicle acceleration and handling. Improper use can result in loss of vehicle control, accidents, bodily injury, or death.

3.2 Do Not Use While Driving

NEVER operate, configure, or interact with the App while driving or while the vehicle is in motion. Always bring the vehicle to a complete stop in a safe location, engage the parking brake, and ensure the vehicle is in park (automatic transmission) or neutral (manual transmission) before using the App.

3.3 Throttle Response Modifications

Higher Sport and Race mode levels produce significantly more aggressive throttle response. Exercise extreme caution when increasing performance levels, particularly on Race mode levels 7 through 9.
Always familiarize yourself with a new throttle setting in a safe, controlled environment before driving in traffic.
Road conditions, weather, tire condition, and vehicle maintenance status affect how throttle modifications behave in practice. Adjust settings conservatively in adverse conditions.
Valet mode restricts throttle response. Ensure any person operating your vehicle in Valet mode is informed of the restriction.

3.4 Lock Mode

When activated through the App, Lock mode instructs the Sprint Booster device to disable throttle input entirely. NEVER engage Lock mode while the vehicle is in motion. The App includes a stillness detection feature that reads the vehicle’s speed from your phone’s location services (GPS) to help prevent Lock mode from being engaged while the vehicle is moving, but this is a supplementary safety measure only and should not be relied upon as the sole safeguard.

3.5 Professional Installation

The Sprint Booster hardware device must be installed by a qualified automotive professional in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Improper installation may cause vehicle malfunction.

3.6 Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any throttle response modifications comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and vehicle inspection requirements. In some jurisdictions, modifications to vehicle throttle systems may void manufacturer warranties or violate emissions or safety regulations.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Requirements

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. An email account enables cross-device access and account recovery.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Choose a strong, unique password for your email account
Not share your account credentials with any third party
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4.3 Device Passwords and Guest PINs

The App stores your Sprint Booster device passwords and guest PINs in encrypted form using AES-256 encryption. You are responsible for the security of your device passwords. Do not share device passwords or guest PINs with untrusted individuals, as these credentials provide direct control over your vehicle’s throttle response.

4.4 Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App. Account deletion will permanently and irreversibly remove:

Your authentication account
All saved device configurations
All uploaded device images
All application settings

This action cannot be undone. The Company is not responsible for any data loss resulting from account deletion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only:

In connection with a genuine Sprint Booster device that you own or are authorized to use
In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
In accordance with the safety warnings in Section 3
For its intended purpose of configuring Sprint Booster devices

You agree NOT to:

Use the App while driving or operating a vehicle
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Attempt to circumvent security measures, including device password authentication or biometric protections
Use the App to configure a Sprint Booster device in a vehicle without the vehicle owner’s consent
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
Use the App for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent

6. Bluetooth and Device Connectivity

6.1 BLE Communication

The App communicates with Sprint Booster devices via Bluetooth Low Energy. BLE communication occurs directly between your mobile device and the Sprint Booster hardware. BLE commands and responses are not transmitted to or through any cloud service or the internet.

6.2 Connection Requirements

Bluetooth must be enabled on your mobile device
The App requires Bluetooth permissions to scan for and connect to devices
On Android devices running versions below 12, location permission is required by the operating system for BLE scanning. Location permission is also used, on all platforms, to read vehicle speed for the lock safety check; the App never records, stores, or transmits your position (see the Privacy Policy).
You must be within Bluetooth range (typically up to 10 meters / 33 feet) of the Sprint Booster device

6.3 Connection Reliability

Bluetooth connections are inherently subject to interference and may disconnect unexpectedly. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. If the App loses connection to the device during a configuration change, the Sprint Booster hardware will continue operating at its last configured setting until a new connection is established.

7. Supported Platforms and Updates

The App is available for iOS and Android. We reserve the right to discontinue support for specific operating system versions. If we end support for your platform version, we will provide reasonable notice through the App or via email.

We may require a minimum App version for continued compatibility with Sprint Booster devices and cloud services. If your App version falls below the required minimum, you may be prompted to update before using certain features. We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version.

8. Cloud Services

8.1 Firebase Services

The App uses Google Firebase services for authentication, data storage (Cloud Firestore), file storage (Firebase Storage), crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics), usage analytics (Firebase Analytics), and performance monitoring (Firebase Performance Monitoring). Your data is stored on Google’s cloud infrastructure, which may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data by Google in accordance with Google’s terms of service and privacy policies.

8.2 Data Synchronization

Device configurations, settings, and images are synchronized to Firebase cloud services. This enables access to your configurations across multiple mobile devices when using an email account. An active internet connection is required for data synchronization.

8.3 Problem Reports

The App includes a user-initiated “Report a problem” feature. When you choose to submit a report, the App uploads your description and recent diagnostic logs to our Firebase services to diagnose the issue. This operates only when you actively submit a report. See our Privacy Policy for what is collected, how long it is retained, and how it is deleted.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and graphics, is the property of Panagopoulos & CO OE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

“Sprint Booster” and the Sprint Booster logo are trademarks of Boulekos Dynamic and are used under license. All rights are reserved by their respective owners.

The use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the App or any data transmitted through it
Warranties that the App will operate without interruption, errors, or defects
Warranties that BLE communication with Sprint Booster devices will be continuous, secure, or error-free
Warranties regarding the suitability of any throttle response configuration for any particular vehicle, driving condition, or purpose

The Company does not distribute or install Sprint Booster hardware devices and makes no warranties regarding the hardware. For hardware warranties, contact Boulekos Dynamic at info@boulekosdynamic.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 General Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PANAGOPOULOS & CO OE, ITS PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR:

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of or inability to use the App
Vehicle damage, mechanical failure, or increased wear resulting from throttle response modifications
Accidents, collisions, or injuries resulting from modified throttle behavior
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
Any interruption or cessation of the App’s functionality

11.2 Assumption of Risk

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP TO CONFIGURE YOUR SPRINT BOOSTER DEVICE, WHICH MODIFIES VEHICLE THROTTLE RESPONSE, IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with modified throttle behavior, including but not limited to the risk of accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, and legal consequences. You acknowledge that throttle response modifications change the fundamental driving characteristics of your vehicle and that you have the skill and experience necessary to safely operate a vehicle with modified throttle response.

11.3 Maximum Liability

To the extent that the Company’s liability cannot be fully excluded, the Company’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, or fifty euros (EUR 50), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Panagopoulos & CO OE and its partners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of the App
Any throttle response modifications you make using the App
Any violation of these Terms
Any violation of applicable law
Any damage to persons or property resulting from your use of the App or a Sprint Booster device configured through the App

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance through the App or via the email address associated with your account. You may reject material changes by discontinuing use of the App and deleting your account within the notice period. If you continue using the App after the 30-day notice period, this constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon posting.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service outages (including Firebase/Google Cloud), power failures, or other force majeure events.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

Your right to use the App ceases immediately
You must uninstall the App from all devices
Sections 3, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 16 survive termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

For users residing in the European Union: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection legislation, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Panagopoulos & CO OE regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
